I have always been against the use of chemical products.
Each intervention on the vineyard is the result of a long period of observation and climatic forecasting for the plot.
From this, four cuvées were born:
Le 15, Lecque, Indomptable and Mûre.
Our vine stocks are 40 years old on average and grow on a specific limestone vein. They are subjected to the dry Mistral wind and each stock enjoys a sea view.
The harvest is manual with selective sorting at the vine stocks.
The winemaking process is traditional, perpetuating the methods used by our forebearers.
